Ed Stiltner President
Ed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He has special training in Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Test Requirements Documents (TRDs), Technical Orders (TOs), and ISO 9000. He has over thirty years of experience in the industry, and is a published author of both books and articles. Ed began his career as a technical writer while serving in the United States Air Force.

Gary Lawrence Director of New Business Development
Gary has over thirty years of aerospace experience and worked twenty-eight years for Hamilton Sundstrand in Rockford, Illinois, most recently as Manager of Technical Publications and Customer Training. He then spent three years with Infotech Enterprises America as Director of Strategic Business Initiatives (focusing on offshore engineering outsourcing) before joining TWC. Gary has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rockford College and a Master of Science degree from Cardinal Stritch University.

Cathi Beck Technical Publications Manager
Cathi has a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications with Minor degrees in Business, Graphics, and Photography from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. She was the Lead Writer of the Writing Services Group at Sundstrand Corporation throughout the 1980s, worked for 8 years in the Information Maintenance Services department of Rockford Clinic and Rockford Memorial Hospital, and came back to the publications field in 2000 when she worked as an Outsource Writer in the Technical Publications department at Hamilton Sundstrand. In June 2005, she became the On-site Manager for an outsourcing company working with Hamilton Sundstrand.

Marcella Helwig Technical Publications Team Leader
Marcella has worked for twenty-seven years in the technical publications field. She began her career typing and formatting component maintenance manuals at Sundstrand Corporation, eventually becoming the formatting lead for the group. She has spent the last twelve years as a technical writer. Before joining TWC, she was the Group Leader for a technical publications group that worked with an offshore team to complete Hamilton Sundstrand publications.

Lynda Shipley Senior Writer
Lynda has worked in technical publications for the past thirty-four years. At the start of her career she formatted and proofread technical documentation and maintained technical documentation systems. Since 1996 she has worked as a technical writer with an emphasis on revisions to component maintenance manuals and service bulletins. For the past three years she also worked as a liaison between United States customers and their offshore associates.
